Description The Chinese people have a philosophical concept of happiness as “five fortune” and the Longevity symbol is one of the Chinese lucky symbol characters. The tradition of five fortune is said to have started in ancient times; records from the Tang Dynasty (600 A.D.) show many examples of these characters. This kit includes a 12″ x 12″ canvas and all the threads needed to complete. You are free to change the color combination if you prefer to not stitch in the colors shown. For example, you can do red and black, or teal and white, or whatever your preference – just let us know what you would like. Please indicate your preference in the Notes section at Checkout.
